Let's try this again

Oh, hey there. Yeah, I really thought I might make this into a regular thing but turns out that's not happening.

Since I last updated this, we launched the redesign and a lot of people loved it. But because I only notice the bad reviews, the only one I remember was from an "I stopped taking the paper after 45 years" former subscriber who thought my designs were "the worst he's ever seen." Win some, lose some, I guess.

I realized today that we've only been using the new templates for two months. It feels so much longer. The redesign really took over my brain and now the style part of it is all new.

I'm really proud of the cool things we've been doing and all the interesting designs I've been able to make. I really feel I'm bringing my style to something with a lot of history and importance in the community and that's a really cool feeling.
